  14. Delivery charges are standard with in UK but may vary in some post code, depending on the delivery company as The Fit Sect have no control on the prices charged by courier companies
  15. The Fit Sect Limited do not control the cost of delivery by the courier company within or outside UK.
  16. The Fit Sect accept all the payment methods displayed on the website.
  17. The Fit Sect take no responsibility for the charges incurred by the card issuers or payment gateway for the buyers within or outside the UK.
  18. All the orders must be paid in full for the orders to be dispatched, as the order will not be dispatched until the payment is cleared.

  23. The orders placed before 4:00 pm will be processed the same day and will delivered as explained at the checkout procedure.
  24. If the delivery address is outside the UK, this is the buyer responsibility to comply with local legislation. The Fit sect will not take any responsibility and the charges incurred by the buyer by the local legislation and government.

  26. If the delivery address is outside the UK, this is the buyer responsibility to comply with local legislation. The Fit sect will not take any responsibility and the charges incurred by the buyer by the local legislation and government.

  1. Any kind of damage to the product received, must be reported within 5 day after receiving. This must be done in writing and more evidence might be require, such as picture of the damage and The Fit Sect reserves the right to arrange the collection of damaged products.
  1. The Return of good by the buyer to The Fit Sect must be delivery paid by the buyer.
  1. The Customer reserves the legal right to return the products within 14 days if they change their mind, please return the unused goods with 14 day with the original receipt.
