How long will my order take to arrive?
All the orders placed with in UK before 4pm (Monday- Friday) will be dispatched same working day and will be delivered to you according the chosen delivery method options at the checkout.
All the International orders placed from outside UK will be dispatched Same working day if the order is placed before 4pm GMT (Monday and Friday). For the delivery time please consult out World-wide delivery chart, typically Within EU Zone the delivery time is 4-7 day and remaining world-wide orders vary from 7-10 days according to the destination country.
Can I track my order?
All the orders placed will be provided with tracking number and our delivery partners detail to ensure that our customers are fully aware of the location of their shipment.
What if I want to return an item?
We offer 14 Days Money back return and refund policy. If you change your mind within 14 days then please email us at support@thefitsect.co.uk with all the details and we will process the refund.
