What is One Stop® All in One?

One Stop® is an all-encompassing protein shake formulated for bodybuilders looking for a single product that delivers an array of supplements in one product.

One Stop® is made from whey protein from grass-fed cows, Creatine, 100% of the RDA vitamins, additional zinc and magnesium.

In order to power through intensive training sessions, bodybuilders require high energy levels. One Stop® provides whole grain carbohydrates to provide the body with slow-release energy from oats and barley without a calorie intake plan.

We use whey protein that's hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA.

Anyone aiming to build muscle mass and supplement their training with a high-quality protein shake. It's also suitable for vegetarians.

  Recommended Usage

  Mix 75g, which is approximately three level 60ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub) with 350ml water in a shaker or blender.

  For best results, we recommend consuming one serving mid-morning between meals and one serving after a workout on training days. On non-training days, take one serving mid-morning between meals and one serving in the afternoon between meals.

  This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.

  One Stop® contains whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed whey protein, and native whey protein isolate as well as egg white protein isolate, which is made by separating the individual components of milk to extract the pure egg white protein.

  Regular and intense exercise or resistance training places the immune system under significant stress. When an intense weight training programme is followed, both macro and micro nutrient requirements are increased.

  Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

  Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to normal red blood cell formation and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

  Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.
